1. SA/Project Leader - Microsoft Technogies,.Net
Experience 4-6 YEARS
Preferred Education BE / MS
Skills C, C++,C#,.NET FRAMEWORK, SQL Server, HTML, ASP, ASP.NET

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the project within the constraints of scope, time and quality, to deliver specified requirements and meet customer satisfaction. Manage design, development & implementation

Skills and Job Requirements
Experience with enterprise architecture methodologies and frameworks
Strong expertise in OOA&D and UML
Fluent in applying Design Patterns in System Architecture and Design
Strong experience in Multi Tier, Distributed component based architectures
Expert understanding of middleware and integration technologies and patterns of integration
Strong in-depth experience in building reliable and scalable thin-client applications
Strong understanding and experience in Software development lifecycle
Prior experience in PM /PL role preferred

2. Programmer/Software Engineer - Microsoft Technogies,.Net, Java -
Experience 1-2 YEARS
Preferred Education BE / MS
Skills VB,C#,.NET FRAMEWORK, SQL Server, HTML, ASP, ASP.NET
or
JAVA, XML, JAVA BEANS, JAVA SERVLETS, JAVASCRIPT

Roles and Responsibilities
Your primary task is to pick up expertise in various tools in software development while developing software programs. Key responsibilities include creating prototypes, specifying functionality, integrating systems and implementing packages, maintenance and participating in a multidisciplinary team environment. Engineer must have creativity, innovation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Job Requirements
Should have good analytical and problem solving skills and should be a great team member
Minimum 1 Year hands on experience in .Net (C#, ASP .Net, Windows Based)
Good understanding of Object Oriented Concepts
Should be very good in SQL basic concepts like Data base design, writing stored Procedures, Queries & Indexing
Good understanding of Software development lifecycle.

3. Tele Sales & Admin Staff

Roles and Responsibilities
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, MIS Management, Marketing or Related field.
Understand the company's sales Software Solution Background
At least 1 year experience in IT or Related field.
Good working attitude, good personality and Good human relations
Creative and out spoken with strong marketing Sense
PC Literate in Microsoft Office, Power point and other
Strong sense of organization, self-motivation and service minded

Skills and Job Requirements
Provide full information on products and services of the programmes being offered
Find Prospect and follow up
Contrubute to increased sales
Keep database of concluded sales and potential customers process, including order confirmations, delivery notes, and IT Information
Maintain sales reports
Administration and Support
