System will automatically generate consolidation / Deconsolidation
plans in case of combing one or more DOs / Items / Route / Destination
Data import tool -
All the files received from the customers will be imported into a
data verification tool which in turn will generate the data required
for the order import .This data can be exported to excel and orders
can be created using the same data. By using this tool system will
convert different formats of soft file from your customer into required
format. This avoids double entry and reduces manual work a lot with
100% accuracy. |

ETA / ETD:
Plans real time ETA and ETD. (GPS Integration required)
IOD: Information of delivery is first generated by the system in
order to close the trip internally.
POD: Proof of delivery is confirmed
when the physical document reaches back the office.
This software handles multiple drop points for delivery; system
allows combine/consolidate various drop points in a single route
based on zone/province/district.

Product Packaging:
Calculates the volumetric size (CBM) of the each boxes/ cartons to
be loaded also captures weight of each individual package to be loaded.
Vehicle Allocation plan: Based on volumetric
size / weight / Route of the shipment, system will automatically assign

on how to load the items into the vehicle (Horizontally or vertically
or bulk stacking

Truck Types:
The truck types are classified according to the general specifications
such as maximum load, dimensions, empty weight, maximum volume etc,
and these specifications will be considered for the Load Plans.
Truck Cost: Each truck will have
the required costing parameters which includes fuel cost/km, depreciation,
taxes, insurance, maintenance cost etc, and these parameters will
be considered while calculating the cost for a trip.

Route Generation:
System will generate a route based on the information from DOs and
similar routes can be grouped under one route.
Route Optimization: Generates the routes
based on various algorithms
MAP: Simulates the routing on real
time Map, user can track their vehicles on map if integrated with
GPS.

can be generated or exported to ERP or other system. Invoicing based

Fuel Price:
The fuel prices can be maintained on a day to day basis for each of
the fuel type. The latest fuel price will be taken up for calculating
the fuel cost for a trip.
Driver: A driver can be assigned
to a truck based on the availability. The allowance for the driver
will be calculated based on the Time and distance of the trip or by
fixed wages. Special algorithm to allocate driver based on his previous
trip (Long/Short Trip)
Driver Log: driver log will indicate
the performance of the driver during each trip such as the fuel consumption
level, distance traveled, route information, trip information etc.
